Pastor Matthew Pearce is a dedicated fourth-generation pastor. He is an educator by trade who has spent more than two decades serving with a deep heart for God’s people. As an author and insightful teacher of the Word, he carries a pastoral calling to unite a diverse, multi-generational church family and is uniquely anointed to teach this generation the foundations of faith. He has been married to Dormeka for 16 years and together they have 5 children. He holds degrees from Grambling State University in Poli Sci and Public Administration, he is passionate about equipping believers to walk in their divine purpose while witnessing the transformative power of Jesus Christ renew entire communities.

Dormeka Pearce is a wife, mother of five, and ministry leader who is passionate about prayer, worship, and the prophetic. Married to Matthew Pearce, she shares a heart for seeing lives, marriages, and families strengthened through the presence of God.
Dormeka holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Psychology. She has a deep love for missions and the nations and is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with God.
At the heart of Dormeka’s ministry is her love for marriage and family, along with a desire to see God’s purpose established in homes, communities, and nations. Outside of ministry, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and family.
